Swiss Fitness League (SFL) is an online competition open to all those who respect these rules. To be able to take part in the competition, the terms and conditions of the competition must be accepted. By participating in the SFL, you accept these conditions and rules relating to the organization of this competition, as well as its confidentiality and cancellation policy.


To be eligible to participate, participants must meet the following requirements:

  • Participants must be of legal age or have parental authorization authorizing them to participate in the SFL. This parental authorization must be sent to the organization by email at info@swissfitnessleague.ch, at the latest, 24 hours before the start of the competition. info@swissfitnessleague.ch, au plus tard, 24heures avant le début de la compétition.
  • Participants agree to the terms and conditions, privacy and cancellation policy by registering with SFL.
  • Participants must register online, within the time limit on the competition website swissfitnessleague.ch or via the Competition Corner platform.   • The organizers offer the following categories and divisions:
    • Individual Male (Elite, Intermediate and Scaled)

    • Male-Male Team (Elite, Intermediate and Scaled)
    • Male-Female Team (Elite, Intermediate and Scaled)
  • The organizers have not integrated age categories.
  • Validating your registration means the obligation to pay the indicated price.
  • Payment is made by credit card via Competition Corner and its secure payment system.
  • You will receive an order confirmation and a receipt confirming your registration.


  • Les athlètes doivent réaliser les workouts dans le temps imparti sur 3 mois, avec 1 Workout par semaine. Toutes les informations seront envoyées aux participants par email, et seront publiés sur les pages Facebook et Instagram de la SFL.

  • The descriptions will contain clear and objective elements, such as:

  • Chaque Workout doit être filmé respectant les normes suivantes : la vidéo doit contenir le nom de l’athlète ou de la team, la catégorie, le nom de leur box (s’ils sont affiliés) et la présentation du matériel utilisé. Tous les éléments nécessaires au Workout doivent être constamment visible sur la vidéo, c’est-à-dire le matériel et le timer. L’athlète ou la team doit être clairement visible (de la tête au pied) et se trouver dans le champ de vision de la caméra pendant l’exécution des mouvements. La vidéo devra être sur la plateforme de vidéo en ligne Youtube. Le lien est à joindre lors de l’enregistrement des scores sur le site Competition Corner.
  • A judge is compulsory for the three categories "Elite", "Intermediate", "Scaled". The judge must be aware of the standards for each workout and must be visible during the entire workout watching / judging the athlete.


  • The score for each SFL workout is based on the fastest time, most reps, or highest load and will be visible on the leaderboard.
  • All incorrect or invalid repetitions according to the standards will be judged “no rep”. If the workout is based on the fastest time, the ranking will be established in the time from the fastest to the slowest that will have been achieved for the workout in question. If the workout is based on the highest number of repetitions, the ranking will be established on the number of repetitions from highest to lowest. If the workout is based on the heaviest load, the ranking will be established on the loads from the heaviest to the least heavy.
  • Each athlete is responsible for respecting the standards. In addition, a judge must be present during the entire workout for all three categories.
  • The judge must check the standards of the movements, count the repetitions and validate the score at the end of the workout.
  • The submission of scores for the online competition is based on honesty and honor.
  • A random check will be made by the organizers to validate the scores. If there are more than 5 "no reps" (repetitions that do not meet the specified standards and that the judge considers good anyway) the score will be 0.
  • The athlete will be notified so that they can retry the workout or resend a video (if and only if there is time left before the end of the online recordings).
  • The final results of the online competition will be determined by the organizers following the rules mentioned. 


  • The SFL is above all a competition for fun and for pushing yourself. Respect and kindness to its partners are essential.
  • Any athlete must respect the rules, his judge and the decisions taken by him.
  • The decisions of the organization are irrevocable and binding.
  • All commitments are personal, firm and final, and cannot be reimbursed for any reason.
  • Registration with the SFL is non-refundable, except in exceptional cases.
  • In the event of injury to an individual participant, before the competition, then the SFL authorizes the reimbursement. An email must be sent no later than 24 hours before the start of the competition.
  • In the event of injury to a team participant before the competition, another participant can replace him. An email must be sent no later than 24 hours before the start of the competition for any change
  • In the event of injury, stoppage or any other reason during the competition, no refund will be made.
  • Swiss Fitness League reserves the general right to postpone, cancel or modify events at its sole discretion. This right to postpone, cancel or modify the event applies due to force majeure or due to official orders (for example, natural disasters, pandemic or epidemic situations, any event bans , etc.).
  • In the event of cancellation or postponement of the SFL scheduled for calendar year 2021, registrations will also be postponed for the next session.
  • Swiss Fitness League reserves the general right to postpone, cancel or modify events at its sole discretion. This right to postpone, cancel or modify the event applies due to force majeure or due to official orders (for example, natural disasters, pandemic or epidemic situations, any event bans , etc.).
  • For the verification of the scores, the organizers request the videos of your workouts.
  • By participating, you agree to the production, publication, editing and distribution of these videos on our website, on our social networks and on any digital medium belonging to the SFL.
  • You also authorize the SFL to transmit these videos to our partners and sponsors, if necessary.
  • The Swiss Fitness League has the right to collect personal information and data. They are needed to manage your registration and to improve the services and information we send to you.
  • They can also be sent to companies that contribute to these relationships such as those responsible for fulfilling services and orders for their management, execution, processing and payment.
  • This information and data are also kept and secure, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Swiss Fitness League has the right to use this data for marketing purposes, but not to present it publicly or to give it to other parties except for the execution of the event. 
  • The Swiss Fitness League endorses no responsibility for the athlete before, during and after the competition.
  • The athlete is solely responsible for his health before, during and after the competition.
  • All elements of the swissfitnessleague.ch site are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Fitness League association.
  • No one is authorized to reproduce, use, publish or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site, whether software, visual or sound. A single link or hypertext link is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of the Fitness League association.
  • Any registration made on the swissfitnessleague.ch site or on the Competition Corner platform implies acceptance of these General Conditions.
  • Any order confirmation implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions, without exception or reservation.
  • All data provided and confirmations recorded are proof of the transaction. You declare to have a perfect knowledge of the Terms and Conditions.
  • This acceptance is valid worldwide and without time limit.
