THE LEAGUE STARTS IN : 

HOW IT WORKS

The Swiss Fitness League is the first fitness competition that has been carefully created with the aim of giving athletes an opportunity to shine and test themselves each week against current competitors.
It is designe for both beginners and experienced athletes. The competition takes place over two periods of 6 weeks. Each athlete must complete one workouts per week and enter their score within the allotted time.
In total, the athletes' fitness is tested over 12 training sessions spread over spring and fall 2021. You are a beast in a weekend competition but can you keep up during over a year ?

- Registration in Individual categorie : 85.- CHF

- Registration in Individual categorie : 150.- CHF

STEPS TO FOLLOW

- Choose your category: Elite, Intermediate, Scale
- Register as a team or individually

- Wait the start of the competition on April 05, 2021

- Perform your spring and automn workouts : one per week for 6 consecutive weeks

- See your ranking change from week to week

- Win gifts from the SFL and from our partners at the end of the competition according to your ranking

CATEGORIES

Register in Scale, Intermediate or Elite categories. It is possible to participate individually or/and in Team MM and MF

Registrations are open to all athletes all over Switzerland 

Compete against the best athletes of your categorie and climb your way up the leaderboard. 

Perform your workout and submit your score and video to the judges of the Swiss Fitness League.

 

COMPETITION PROGRAM

12 workouts are to be carried out by each athlete :

– SPRING EDITION : 17 MAI AU 27 JUIN 2021

– AUTOMN EDITION : 04 OCTOBRE AU 14 NOVEMBER 2021

Each workout will be performed in a 7 days window. At the end of the year the 2021 Champions will be crowned

 

THE EVENTS

12 events are held over the year

The goal of the 12 events are to test both skills and capacity of the athletes to perform over a broad period of time and doing so to define the most "Fittest" athletes in Switzerland.

Athletes wishing to participate both individually and as a team will be able to do so. The workouts are designed to be fun participating in both categories.

 

COVID-19

In case of Covid restriction preventing the participants to perform in Switzerland, the organizer will give new competition dates or postpone the competition to 2022
